Meeting Schedule 2024-25:

  • 2:00 – 3:00pm – Beginner/Intermediate workshop. This workshop is geared toward players who prefer to learn tunes at a slower pace. Expect to learn a tune or two.
  • 3:00 – 3:30 Break / Social. Catch up with friends and meet new ones.
  • 3:30 – 4:30 – Intermediate/Advanced workshop (faster-paced and/or more advanced). Expect this workshop to be taught at a faster pace and to involve advanced concepts such as bowing techniques, grace notes, etc.  Everyone is welcome to attend both workshops, however the second workshop will keep pace with the more advanced players.  We hope this format will encourage more people with a broader range of ability levels to participate in our workshops.
  • 4:30- 5:15 short jam session or a short performance by the instructor – up to the instructor.
